Sales Tax for Shipments Delivered in California

On orders with California shipping destinations, the distributor's California resale number is required to avoid sales tax.

Returns

Must receive prior authorization from the factory, and request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. All products must still be in brand new condition, with all cables, accessories, manuals, and in their original packaging. Only partial credit will be issued if there are missing accessories. No credit will be issued if the item is dirty or damaged. Once received, we will still examine the product condition and determine if it warrants a full credit..

RESTOCKING FEE

15% on undecorated merchandise.

IMPRINTED ITEMS AND ALL USB ITEMS

Not returnable.
